GENERAL RULES
Before Using our Aerial Adventure Park you must:
Be at least 4 years old with sound body and mind capable of performing specific safety tasks independently.
3-15 year olds must be accompanied by an adult in a 1 adult to 1 child.
Read and understand all instructions.
Get specific training in using all safety and permanently installed equipment in the park.
Use all equipment safely and as directed.
Have clothing adequate to the activity .Wear well fitting clothing that does not allow anything to hang loose or get tangled in cables and rope. Sneakers or hiking shoes are recommended. Flip-flops and sandals are not appropriate and will not be allowed.
Understand and accept the risks involved.
Age requirements for all ropes courses.

The weight restriction is a maximum of 110kg.
Management reserves the right to suspend all activities in case of inclement weather conditions (wind, storm, rain…).
Park Staff reserves the right to remove from the Aerial Park anyone unable to perform all safety tasks independently or in breach of the safety rules.
While If the participant is a minor (younger than 18 years of age), please be aware that a parent or legal guardian, age 18 or older, must sign the release form.
The entrance in our facilities means full acceptance of the operation and safety rules.
SAFETY AND OPERATION REGULATION OF ADVENTURE PARK
Safety Rules
This regulation must be read by everyone prior the start of the route. As there is an inherent risk in participating in any physical activity, we expect all participants to exercise good judgment and act in a responsible manner.
Guests must also obey all oral and written warnings. In the case of minor children, acceptance of these rules must be provided by parents or the responsible persons accompanying them.
All equipment must be used exclusively as indicated and may not to be removed from the premises. The maximum amount of usage time, per participant, is three (3) hours.
The security carabineers must be PERMANENTLY used.
Your participation to the initial demonstration route is obligatory. Make sure you have checked your self-safety equipment along with our staff before you begin.
Climbing on the trees and activities is forbidden unless you use your safety equipment material.
During the aerial route on the trees, you have to be tied up with at least one link/ring on the safety wire which has a yellow tape. Otherwise, you put yourself in severe danger for which our company does not hold any responsibility.
Placing your hand over the wire cables or in front of the pulley in zip lines, while you speed, is forbidden due to risk of injury.
It is forbidden for more than 2 individuals to stay on the tree platforms at the same time and for more than 1 on the wires between the trees
During any route it is not allowed for you to descend alone from the platform. You are obligated to call our staff members and wait them to help you descend from the platform when you wish to.
All guests must start on a green or yellow route. In the event a participant wishes to start a red route or black, they must first complete one green or blue route and must be at least twelve (12) years old.
The people accompanying non-adults are responsible for the under-aged. Those accompanying should be present during the initial showing of the activity phase and remain on the site of the activities ensuring that the under-aged participants follow SAFETY AND OPERATION REGULATION OF ADVENTURE PARK and our staff members’ recommendations.
When in doubt, ask a Park Monitor for assistance.
Obey instructions given by Park Monitors.
You are participating in our activities autonomous; you are responsible for your safety.
Use all equipment safely and as directed.
Start with simple course.
Never use an element when another person is on it – one person at a time.
Always have carabineers attached to a marked attachment point (yellow tape).
The Adventure Park offers activities and adventures in nature. During the flying routes, the participant goes through routes in height above and between trees with autonomy. The activity consists of increasing difficulty passages marked by color coding: violet, yellow, green, blue and red.
The stay in Adventure Park is permitted only to holders of entrance bracelets or activity bracelet of flying routes.
No pets are allowed.
No access to public facilities is permitted beyond the opening hours.
During the stay in our facilities all visitors should wear activity bracelet or entrance bracelet by paying the corresponding price in the central cash register.
For your own safety, long hair must be tied up and remove over your scarves, keys, and sharp objects and generally anything that could potentially block the neck or creating an injury risk.
Do not use any course with loose hair, clothing, or objects that can get caught in ropes or zip lines.
Do not carry phones, cameras, or any other objects that may fall or distract you or others.
All participants should be in perfect mental and physical condition. The activities of the park are not allowed to pregnant women or people suffering from health issues that prohibit their participation in those activities (i.e. allergies, cardiovascular, disorders, orthopedic problems, vertigo, fear of heights, acrophobia e.t.c.).
The management of Adventure Park has the right to exclude any participant who’s behavior may cause distress to other park visitors or the management of the park. In that case the ticket will not be refunded.. If you remove your safety equipment on your own you won’t be able to take it back and the rope courses activity will be ended automatically.
You are in nature: you are requested to adopt a careful and responsible behavior.
Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed inside the Park.
Do not smoke in the park. Smoking is prohibited.
Any participant causing damage to equipment (as a result of incorrect usage or failure to follow the appropriate regulations/operating instructions) will bear the personal cost of replacement.
Adventure Park is not responsible for participants who violate the safety rules.
Adventure Park is not responsible for any accident or damage into the park and the parking area (regarding the flora and fauna, (insects, animals, reptiles, plants,) weather and nature conditions and random or unforseen incidents or the violation of Adventure Park safety and operations regulation.
Adventure Park is not responsible for loss or theft of objects and belongings or other damages into the park and the parking area.
FAST ZIP LINE
To ride the Fast Zip Line you must:
Weight between 25 and 90kg and minimum 15 years old.
Read and understand all instructions.
Get specific training in using all safety and permanently installed equipment in the park.
Understand and accept the risks involved.
Use all equipment safely and as directed.
Be tied up with the safety wire which has a yellow tape.
Attach the pulley on the wire where is blue colour tape.
Not wear sandals or flip flops, wear closed toed shoes or sneakers.
Never be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Do not carry phones, cameras, or any other objects that may fall or distract you or others.
Do not have loose hair, clothing, or objects that can get caught in ropes or zip lines.
Do not smoke.
Obey instructions given by Tour Facilitator.
The fast Zip Line may be used only under the control,supervision and the explicit authorization of the on site supervisor and security officer.
Only 1 person each time may use the Fast Zip Line and only when there is nobody else to the stop and the arrival area and after obtaining the explicit starting permission from the on site security officer.
It is strictly prohibited laying hands and fingers in front of the pulley or upon the cable as it can cause severe injury and amputation.
Prior to perform the Zip line you should necessarily have reached a different course and ZIP line of lower degree of difficulty as yellow, green and blue.
If the participant is a minor (younger than 18 years of age), please be aware that a parent or legal guardian, age 18 or older, must sign the release form.
The management reserves the right to ask anyone in breach of these rules to leave the Adventure Park.
During extreme weather conditions, you may be asked to evacuate the Park.
